RP爆发，房东人不错，通情达理。
告诉大家在网上识别中介的办法，现在很多中介也在个人发布区发布出租消息。
其实打电话问他房子出租出去了没有的时候，不要提房子在哪的信息即可。一直到联系看房也不要透露你问的房源在哪。一般中介手上有很多房子，他肯定不知道你到底问的是哪处，会主动问你；而房东自己发的当然就没有这个问题啦。
